What is the minimum commitment?
For the subscription plans, the minimum commitment is one year. However we do offer quarterly trials on a limited basis. 3 months is how long it takes to fully onboard your team and establish good processes and working relationships, and to deliver on your requirements and brand. We encourage moving to an annual commitment after the trial period to benefit from the cost savings and predictability that comes with it.
Do you do custom plan?
Yes, we do offer custom plan if you need additional capabilities from the current plan options.
What billing options do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you require a down payment?
For Digital Essentials and E-Commerce Suite projects, we require a 50% down payment. Subscription plans are billed annually at the beginning of the cycle.
Do you charge ongoing, monthly maintenance costs?
No. The website and e-commerce platforms we build on are cloud-based, and all updates and maintenance are performed by the platform and pushed out automatically through the cloud. On top of that, all Skandora websites include a robust content management system, empowering clients to perform most content updates themselves. If you do need an edit outside the capabilities of the content management system, we simply charge our hourly rate of $150/hour.
I want to understand per project pricing in comparison. How much does a typical design project cost?
Per project pricing cost depends largely on the individual scope, and it is typically far more expensive than the package pricing we offer.

Can I choose my dedicated design team and art director?
Our process is designed to eliminate all waste and keep this hassle-free for you, our customer. You will work exclusively with your dedicated creative project manager and will not need to have any face time with the dedicated designers. For some subscription plans you will have a weekly, biweekly, or monthly meeting with your dedicated art director or creative director.
How do you manage the many design projects I have and how do I work with my dedicated design team?
A CPM (Creative Project Manager) will be assigned to you, who will act as your primary point of contact. The CPM will intake your design requirements, both ongoing or one-off. The CPM works in the backend with your dedicated design team to ensure successful delivery.

Do you use templates?
No. We design all websites, graphics, and motions completely from scratch to best meet your needs, match your brand and uniquely represent your business online.
How long does it take to build a new website? A new e-commerce store?
Since our websites and e-commerce stores are 100% custom-deesigned, they can take a little longer than the template-based development our there since we collaborate with you every step of the way to make sure the design is exactly to your liking. Business websites generally take 6 to 8 weeks, and e-commerce sites take 8 to 12 weeks. If you do have a certain launch date in mind, we can work with you to meet a shorter timeline.

Do you offer hosting
Yes, we offer enterprise-grade hosting for all websites and the e-commerce stores we designed and developed.
What website security do you offer?
All Skandora websites come with an SSL certificate, which enables an encrypted connection when a user browses your website. We integrate with Stripe, WooCommerce Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal - all of them meet the most rigorous PCI compliance requirements.
What is included with SEO Optimization?
We include website-level SEO optimization: writing keyword-rich content, setting unique open graph settings for each page, using proper HTML semantic structure, forcing SSL on every page, using image alt attributes on all images, placing canonical tags in the code, placing a robots.txt file and sitemap, and writing unique meta tags and descriptions for each page.
Skandora does not offer ongoing SEO management services such as backlinking or blog writing.
Do you offer copywriting?
Yes, copywriting is included in the cost of the website. This can include working with you to edit existing copy or writing copy from scratch. Our copywriting service does not include the creation of whitepapers, blog articles, case studies, webinars, FAQs, blogs or events.
Can you integrate third-party software?
Yes, as long as the software offers an embed code or iFrame option we can integrate most third-party softwares such as CRMs, email marketing software, HR software, and more into the website.
Custom integration beyond these may require a separate cost and it could be quite costly.
